What is the commission structure?
Our standard commission is 10% of ticket sales. You can choose exclusivity on a per-event basis - for each event where you give us exclusive ticketing rights, you get a 50% discount, bringing commission down to just 5% for that specific event. There's no need to commit all your events. Additionally, there's a 2.5% payment gateway charge on all transactions.
How quickly do I get paid?
Settlements are processed on the day of your event. Funds are transferred directly to your registered bank account. If any disputes are raised, those specific ticket payments are held temporarily until resolution.
What documents do I need?
You'll need business registration certificate, PAN card, GST certificate (if applicable), bank account proof, and address proof.
Can I manage multiple events?
Yes! You can create and manage unlimited events through our vendor dashboard. You have full flexibility to choose exclusivity settings for each event independently.
Do I need to make all my events exclusive to get the discount?
No! You can select exclusivity on a per-event basis. Each event where you choose exclusive ticketing through EntryWala gets the 50% commission discount (5% instead of 10%). Your other events can still be sold through multiple platforms at the standard 10% rate.
Can I start creating events immediately after vendor registration?
While vendor registration gives you access to our platform, each event you create goes through its own approval process. Our team reviews every event to ensure quality, safety compliance, and legitimacy. This typically takes 24-48 hours per event.
What happens if I need to cancel an event?
If you cancel an event, all ticket holders are automatically refunded in full. The refund process is handled entirely by our system, ensuring customers get their money back promptly. Please note that a cancellation fee applies to vendors for cancelling events to cover refund processing and customer inconvenience.
