EntryWala operates as a ticketing platform that facilitates transactions between event organizers and customers. As a general policy, all ticket sales on EntryWala are final and non-refundable.

This policy is in place because:

  • Event organizers rely on ticket sales to plan and execute their events
  • Tickets are often limited and selling one means potentially turning away another customer
  • Many costs associated with events are incurred upfront and are non-recoverable

2. Event Organizer Policies

While EntryWala maintains a general no-refund policy, individual event organizers may choose to offer their own refund policies. These policies, when available, will be:

  • Clearly displayed on the event page before purchase
  • Included in your booking confirmation
  • Subject to the specific terms set by the event organizer
  • Processed according to the organizer's timeline and conditions

Important: Any refunds offered are at the sole discretion of the event organizer, not EntryWala.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

3.1 Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled by the organizer and not rescheduled:

  • The event organizer is responsible for initiating refunds
  • EntryWala will facilitate the refund process upon organizer's instruction
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days

3.2 Event Postponement

If an event is postponed:

  • Tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date
  • Refunds are at the discretion of the event organizer
  • You will be notified of the new date via email/SMS

3.3 Technical Errors

In case of technical errors on our platform resulting in:

  • Duplicate transactions
  • Failed ticket delivery despite successful payment
  • Booking errors due to system malfunction

EntryWala will investigate and process refunds for verified technical issues.

4. Service Fees

Please note that:

  • EntryWala service fees are non-refundable in all circumstances
  • Payment gateway charges are non-refundable
  • These fees cover the cost of our platform, technology, and support services
  • In case of event cancellation, only the ticket face value is eligible for refund

5. Refund Request Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the exceptional circumstances mentioned above:

  2. Provide your booking reference number and registered email
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Include any supporting documentation
  5. Allow 48-72 hours for initial response

Our team will review your request and respond with next steps. Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.

6. Force Majeure

No refunds will be provided for circumstances beyond the control of EntryWala or event organizers, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions or lockdowns
  • Acts of terrorism
  • Pandemic-related restrictions
  • Venue emergencies

In such cases, event organizers will determine whether to reschedule, offer credits, or provide refunds at their discretion.

7. Ticket Transfers

As an alternative to refunds, many events allow ticket transfers. You may be able to:

  • Transfer your ticket to another person
  • Resell through authorized channels (where permitted)
  • Gift your ticket to friends or family

Check the specific event's terms for transfer policies.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider:

  • Please contact our support team to resolve the issue
  • Chargebacks may result in account suspension
  • Future bookings may be restricted
  • Legal action may be taken for fraudulent chargebacks

  • Carefully review event details, date, time, and venue
  • Check the event-specific refund policy if available
  • Ensure you can attend before completing purchase
