EntryWala provides an online event ticketing platform that connects event organizers ("Vendors") with ticket purchasers ("Customers"). We facilitate ticket sales, event discovery, and entry management services.

• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate

4. Ticket Purchase Terms

4.1 Ticket Sales

When you purchase tickets through EntryWala:

• You are entering into a contract directly with the event organizer
• EntryWala acts solely as an intermediary platform
• All ticket sales are final unless otherwise specified by the event organizer
• Service fees and convenience charges are non-refundable

4.2 Pricing

Ticket prices are set by event organizers. Additional fees may include:

• Platform service fees
• Payment processing charges
• Taxes as applicable under Indian law

5. Event Organizer Terms

If you are an event organizer using our Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate event information and comply with all applicable laws
• Honor all tickets sold through the Platform
• Manage your own refund and cancellation policies
• Pay applicable platform fees and commissions
• Not engage in fraudulent or misleading practices
• Maintain necessary licenses and permissions for your events

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Platform to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Engage in unauthorized ticket resale or scalping
• Scrape or harvest data from the Platform
• Interfere with the Platform's operation
• Create duplicate or fraudulent accounts
• Circumvent our security measures

7. Intellectual Property

All content on EntryWala, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Adency Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

Your use of our Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Platform and informs users of our data collection practices.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 Platform Availability

We strive to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue services at any time.

9.2 Event Responsibility

EntryWala is not responsible for:

• Event cancellations, postponements, or changes
• Quality of events or performances
• Conduct of event organizers or attendees
• Accuracy of event information provided by organizers

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adency Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adency Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India.
